What's "first month free" mean exactly?
Your first billing month on any product is $0. After that, autopay kicks in at the standard monthly rate. Add a module later and that module gets its own free month.
Unlimited staff — really?
Yes. No per-seat pricing on any plan. High turnover is already expensive enough without paying for every new hire you onboard.
What's the difference between Training standalone and the add-on?
The standalone Training product ($20) includes its own users, calendar, and resources — it works for any organization, not just restaurants. The add-on ($10) connects into your existing Scheduling + Operations team and data. Same training engine, different entry point.
Why does the Training add-on require both Scheduling and Operations?
Training programs can be linked to specific scheduled shifts, and the employee file and KB integration lives in Operations. For teams that have grown into needing all three, the add-on is the most affordable path at $10/mo on top of what you're already paying.
Is miniPOS included in the Full Suite?
No. miniPOS is a standalone product with its own separate pricing. It's built for food trucks and small counters and will grow into its own family of POS products over time.
What if I need multiple locations?
Multi-location pricing is on the roadmap. If you're running more than one location right now, reach out and we'll work something out while we build that structure.
